Delivery Times: Orders for in-stock items will ship in 24-48 hours once an order is approved during normal business hours Monday – Friday. Backorders typically ship within three business days depending on supplier availability. In-transit times will vary based on the zone the package is being delivered.
6. Incorrect “Ship To” Address
We would not send out your orders to any of the address other than your billing address. In the event, you provide an incorrect “Ship To” address on your order, which requires a later correction there will be a $45 address change fee assessed to your payment method. You must pay this amount in advance of any changes to your correct delivery address.

Note: If you need a refund after receiving the goods, the total amount of the refund should be deducted the freight of $20.
Contact our after sale service for Return Authorization Number and further instruction.Customers should get the Return Authorization Number before sending the product back.We would not process any refund or replacement without a Return Authorization Number.

1. Write the Return Authorization Number/Order Number on the outside of the package.
2. Send the item back to the address as specified.
On the rare chance that an item you ordered arrived damaged or wrong items, please keep all the packing materials as you received them, and then please call our Customer Care Team within 2 business days. It may also be helpful to take a few pictures of the package or the item so that we can see exactly what happened and email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The Packaging Group will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you after we receive your original damaged item.
